Depending on what engine this has, the issue may vary. If this was a 5.7L then it is fuel injected and we need to check for fuel pressure.

However, if this is any other engine then it will have a carburetor on it, and we simply need to spray starter fluid in the top and see if the engine fires.
If it doesn't then we need to check for spark. Here is a guide that will help with this:

Once we know if this is fuel or spark related then we will have a better idea which direction to go.
However, if you have fuel and spark then we need to check compression and find out if we are low on compression which could be a timing issue or a larger engine issue.
