1996 Chevy Camaro 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Went out to start it it turns over but will not start. I put gas in it, I have tried to jump start it, also charged it.

Have someone crank the engine, and check for spark at the plug wires. If you have spark, try giving it a shot of starting fluid while cranking it over. If it starts, you have a fuel problem. Fuse, fuel pump, relay, or maybe a bad fuel filter. Good luck. Mickey-d
