1995 Chevy Camaro Acceleration seems a little slow

When I try and accelerate, the car doesn't get up to speed very fast, it seems as those, being the type of car it is, it should go a little faster than what it does. I can floor it and I just don't feel the power, or the pull I would expect, why is this?

How bad was it then? Did you have any of these problems before changing the oil?

Yea, it's been that way since I purchased the car about 6 months or so ago, I even changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, oil, oil filter, and fuel filter all at once, still had and have the same problem.

Sounds like the transmission is slipping badly, you better get this checked over by a trained trans tech, get a test and report done first, report the findings here.
