My 95 3.4L camaro seems to have trouble accelerating quickly and it seems to lag a little on shifting times. It also topped out around 93-95mph and I would have a higher top speed. My car was recently leaking oil, water, and coolant and needed a new seal. I also changed the serpentine and timing belts aswell. What could my problem possibly be?

Sorry. Im not sure what the name of the other belt is. They told me that they had to remove the engine to get to it. If that helps at all.

Im sorry. This could have a timing belt. Is it a 3.4litre engine and I need to know if the eigth letter of the vin is. If its a x then it has a timing belt and we can go from here to get to the bottom of it.

your engine has a timing chain so i dont think that is your issue. i would be leaning towards low fuel pressure or fuel volume caused by a clogged fuel filter. remove fuel filter and dump the fuel inside into a glass bottle (like snapple) and see what the contents look like. if its dirty and gas doesnt flow out of it real fast when you tip it upside down then its plugged.

Okay I will check that out and then post up the results, but if it is plugged I should just put a new filter on right?
