Fuel pump failure?

I have a 2002 chevy s10 blazer automatic 4x4 v.6 with 93,000 miles. It dies when it is hot or going up hill, it completely shuts down as if it were stalling out and I can't steer or break as if I shutoff the key. We have replaced all spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, thermostat, fuel pump and fuel filter (the pump and filter was about 3 months ago everything else 2 weeks ago). And it is still dying on me whether I have 1/2-1/4 tank of gas or if it is full mainly on hot days or when going up hill. Do you have any suggestions? Every mechanic who has looked at it is stumped. Help please!

Has anyone checked the fuel pressure to see where it is, you could have a fuel pressure regulator going up which would make the pressure too high or low and the fuel pressure test will tell you, spec is 55-62 psi, if ots higher or lower, leave the pressure on and see if it falls withing 15 minutes and you will know for sure
