My Blazer will not start when it' cold outside. As long as the temperature is 48 degrees and above it starts with no problem. Anything below 48 and it usually does not start. I used a diagnostic tool on the truck and the code P0446 appeared which is the EVAP Emissions Cannister system. Is this perhaps computer related? Do the emission have anything to do with cold start? Or is it a bad sensor? Help?

Usually the evap system doesnt have anything to do with the cold start. If you can find out what your fuel pressure is and temp sensor reading. Also see if there is a mat temp sensor areading and get back to me and ill see what I can do to help
