I have been Having problems with the first start of the day with my chevy blazer. It turns over but will not start. Only after I crank it over a few times can I get it going. After I get it started it seems to be okay for the day. Now especially when its cold it wont start.I have tuned it up, replaced ignition switch(last year) new starter, recently had work done to the intake manifold and leaking head gaskets.I just cant seem to figure out what could be the problem. Could you please direct me where else I should be looking?

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? I would start there. I would be especially interested in how quickly the pressure drops when the key is off.

Here is a how to for checking it. Let me know what you find. Also, most parts stores will lend or rent the needed gauge to you.

Let me know what you find.
