1997 Chevy Blazer fuel pump

Installed new fuel pump and now it floods motor with fuel already replaced o2 and cooling sensors
starts but puts out black smoke
any sugggestions

The original problem was the fuel pump

Ck the fuel pressure regulator. Should be near injection railing. On top of engine.

Most likely its the CFI leaking in the upper intake.

Suspected the new fuel pump blew the fuel regulator
now engine is loudly knocking due to fuel washing or so i`m told. Now it needs motor.
