My wife just got back in it and I started it now it smokes white smoke out the tail pipe

Ok, could you give more detail on what you mean by she just back in it and and now white smoke is coming out tail pipe.

Has the vehicle been sitting for a long time?

Did you just get it back from a shop?

Please more detail is needed.

Without more detail the only diagnosis I can give is a Blown Head Gasket.
