I have a 1996 Chevy Blazer that runs great when it starts. A while back I was parked in a lot and the nose was pointed down and it would not start. I hd it towed home and once it was on level ground it fired right up. Yesterday I was parked at the park and I went to leave and the same thing it would not start. I can here the fuel pump and it will try to start and almost get going but just wont start. I have checked the relay and it tested good. Any suggestions?

Check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure guage designed for your fuel system to rule out a failing pump

Do a fuel pressure test, the hose in the tank, between the pump and the sending unit may be failing.
Are you able to drive it until the fuel gauge gets to empty?

Your fuel pressure is way too low it should be 60-66 psi

Would it be the pump or the regulator? I tested the pressure on the schrader valve on the fuel line up near the manifold.

Could be the fuel pressure regulator or injector/s leaking dropping the pressure sounds more like a failing fuel pump
