I have a k5 blazer and it was running fine one day and then the next. Nothing. I replaced the fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, dist cap, rotor button and the o2 sensor. When I try to start the truck it turns over but that is it wont actually start. Ive checked spark by pulling a plug and grounding it that is fine. Got spark. I had my wife try to start the truck while I watched for fuel from the injectors. Sure enough. Got fuel. So at this point im out of ideas. My thought is fuel+air+spark= fire. But turns out im not 100% correct. Please help me I need to get my truck on the rode again. Not down with driving the wife's jetta. Though it is a nice car. Thanks for any help you can give me. Jon

Are you getting a good hot blue snapping spark? Also, have you checked fuel pump pressure? The may not be enough fuel. Also, if you have both and they are both good, you will need to check timing and compression. Let me know if you need directions on any of the items I mentioned.

Hey thanks for the reply. And yes I have spark plenty of fuel lots of air. I dont have a compression gauge but I took the belt off and cranked it by hand and feels pretty good and tight. I dont have a timing light. Is there anything in the steering column that could cause this? The column has been really loose at the tilt knuckle since I got the truck never got around to fixing it. And occasionally I have to wiggle it around for the key to even work. Thats the weird part I drove to the store no prob's. Came out of the store and just like that it wont start. Thanks again jon
