1990 Chevy Beretta Car wont start

I have a 1990 Chevy Beretta and my car has started all week long, and out of the clear blue the car just wont start now. It wasn't making no noises or anything while driving it, I have changed out the spark plug wires, and got new plugs but when I check the ones in it they were in very good shape, I can hear the fuel pump kick in when I turn the key and the fuel filter has been changed out, it will crank but it just wont turn over, and I am getting no spark, what could be the problem?
