After a heavy rain it will not start. It cranks, pauses, cranks, pauses and so on. It sounds like a wet distributor.

Ok funny thing I just fixed the same problem on a 96 astro today, same thing everytime it rain they would spray wd-40 on the coil cause could see it arcing, what I did was replaced the coil and coil wire, because someone had previously replaced the coil wire with the wrong style boot
