I found that any raining day my car will not start. Seems like something is not working because humidity. After two or three days is sunny and dry again it start and run as always. What is the problem with that is driving me crazy. I replace my battery, starter is new, alternator (new 2 years ago replaced). It crank for like 3 seconds and then is like electricar power goes down, then start cranking again but never start.

It seem like water is acting as a conductor and shorting something out.
Check the ignition coil or spark plug wires, the ignition voltage may find a shortcut to ground instead of following it's normal path to the spark plugs.
Check also the distributor cap for moisture
