Ok, we replaced rotor, cap, and coil, we get spark at the coil and the rotor does spin when cranking the engine, but still no spark at the plugs.

It does not start when it gets wet and it has happened before so that is why we replaced everything from wires to coil etc. All it does is turn over. Would timing make no spark at the plugs?

We just keep pounding our head on the wall.

Hello check all you sensors especially Camshaft position sensor and crank position sensor if one of them is bad it will cause a no spark situation. Also scanning it for trouble codes either by the way the rapair manual tells you to do it or with a hand held scanner like the autoxray.(If available)

What is a camshaft sensor or crank position sensor? Is this something we can replace without taking it to a repair shop?
