1994 Chevy Astro engine wont start after turned off

Hi I have a 1994 chevrolet astro 4.3vortec engine and its hard to start but sometimes does start but will but idle rough or revs go up on idle and down sort off 700rpm to 1200rpm, if you rev it its fine.
then when you switch it off it wont start back up easerly and if it does only for about 2 seconds then dies
when it wont start its still sparking at the plugs which are new and the fuel pressure is nomal 58-60 psi the manual says should be between 55-61psi

Hi:
Has the check engine light come on? It sounds like a throttle position sensor but I can't be sure without a code. Also, check closely for vacuum leaks. The intakes have a reputation for leaking.

Let me know about the light and if you find any vacuum leaks.
