Don't start any new topics about the same problem. It will only make things more confusing.
Using a test light and wiring diagram, you can check for power at the ignition switch (big red wire) and then follow the power out if the switch (red/blk wire when cranking).
If you have power coming out of the switch, then the switch is good. Continue following the wire to the fuse box and then to the starter.
Yes the CCM may play a role in the no-crank. Check all the fuses first. They look good, what does that mean? Did you check them with a test light?
