1996 Volkswagen Jetta power windows and power door lock don

Using the key the power windows wont go down, but they will go up. The power locks dont work with the key. The power windows only go down from the inside

Have you checked your fuses? Most likely the module inside the door, that is attached to the lock has malfunctioned, you will have to remove the door panel. To do the diagnosis on the switch.
