Replaced the Fuel pump and I replaced the fuel filter. It ran fine for a day or two then just would not start again. It is getting fuel and there is spark. It cranks over but will not stay running more than second or two, if at all. Replaced the crankshaft positioning sensor. Already checked the security feature and bypassed it.
What should be checked next?

Scan for codes and make sure it is not security problem. Which it probably is.
