Tried to start get nothing. Will not turn over, my needles jump all over. It was starting before this but when turned the key to start it would be a weak start, but now I get nothing getting clicking noise and needles jumping.

Good morning.

It sounds like low voltage from a weak battery. You need to check the voltage at the battery with a volt meter. You need 12.6 volts for a fully charged battery.

Start there.

Do you have a voltmeter to do the voltage check?

No, I do not have volt meter. I tried a jump box got nothing connected jumper cables to a v8 let it charge for five minutes still got nothing when turning key over. Could it still be a weak battery?

Yes, if you have a shorted battery it will not take a jump.

You can get a cheap meter at a parts store or Harbor Freight. That will help us a lot in helping you.

Sounds like a battery supply issue. Have the battery charged and then tested for health.
Also check all the cable connections.
