We have changed the timing chain, water pump, crankshaft position sensor, engine coolant temperature sensor, spark plugs and wires, harmonic balancer, drive belt, and fuel filter. Still getting same result.

The first thing you need to do is check for spark and fuel pressure. Do not get hung up on one if you find it missing. Fuel pressure can be misleading because the pump will run for one second after turning on the ignition switch. That can falsely show you have pressure, but it's important to determine if the pump resumes running during engine cranking. Listen for the hum of the pump for that one second right after turning on the ignition switch. Next is to read and record the diagnostic fault codes. A simple code reader is all that is needed for that, but 2004 was right in the middle of when they were switching over from the OBD2 emissions system to the current CAN BUSS system. Most of the newer code readers will communicate with both systems.
