Car will not start

The car won't start, no sounds or lights at all, no clicking when you turn the key. There is a serpentine belt missing. The small one the big one still on and looks fine I drove about two miles and parked for thirty minutes got in turned around and parked wait ten minutes for kids radio was on for about turn off for less then five minutes and wouldn't start.
