No crank, no start issue

Turn the key, no crank, no start. New battery, new alternator, starter is good, ignition switch good. When I turn the key, all the lights turn on. Relays are good. Won't crank over in neutral either.

Hi,

First, we need to start at the starter. I attached the wiring schematic below of the starter circuit. I need you to first check the fuses I highlighted. In addition to checking the fuse, confirm there is power to them.

Next, you indicated the relay is good, so if we have power to and from the fuses, I need you to get a helper to turn the key to the start position while you check for power at the yellow wire with a light blue tracer.

When the key is in the start position, that wire should have 12v. If it does, chances are the starter is bad. If it doesn't, we need to work backward to find where power is lost.
