My car will not turn over. The spark plugs were checked, timing belt, all fuses, but it is not getting any fire to start I was told to tell you by a local mechanic. Please help me. I just moved down here to Ga. And I have no family, job or money

You're describing multiple symptoms. If the engine won't turn over, that's a starter or battery problem. To not "get fire", I assume you mean there's no spark to the spark plugs. The starter has to be working and the engine has to be cranking to determine there's spark or lack of it. If that is the case, the place to start is by having your mechanic read any stored diagnostic fault codes. Those will indicate the circuit or system that needs further diagnosis.
