Vehicle was running well until I filled up. The car started after I filled up but shortly after it began hesitating and not accelerating at all until it stopped completely. I put in some stp water remover and octane boost it acted as if it wanted to crank but it started making a clicking noise. Then the car lost all power and was unable to be jumped. Please help!

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like you might have a weak or failing fuel pump. I would suggest performing a fuel pressure test. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

If you don't have access to a fuel pressure tester most auto parts stores have a tool loaner program and can rent you one. The fuel pressure specification for your vehicle is 55-72 psi with the key on engine off. Get back to us after performing this test and we'll go from there. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Evaporative system purge valve stuck open! I do at least three of these every week. The valve stays open and draws a constant vacuum on the tank, thus drawing in raw fuel to your engine instead of vapors at a higher RPM.
