My water pump went out. When I got it fixed. My car started jerking when I am stopped at a light. If I keep the A/C on my engine will sound really rough when I turn the A/C off. Then it will stop sounding rough after thirty minutes of driving with the A/C off.

water pump replacement should not cause engine to run rough or have problems like you say. scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge as well as look for vacuum leaks. the belt if not taken out of way could have gotten fluid on it and now it slips so you are not getting a good charge to battery may be the problem but with miles on car it should have been changed twice along with tension-er. See link auto parts can scan for codes and rent gauge for fuel pump.
