The car overheated due to a hose being cracked coolant sprayed everywhere. The hose was fixed clamp was re applied, but now the car will crank but won't start. When looking at the relays and fuses I noticed that the fuel pump relay and fuel pump fuse were missing but when I got the relay infused it's not snug like the other ones are when applied. When turning the car on the fuel pump does not engage in the car cranks but it will not start also was getting service to Bill attract on the dash before the overheating the oil is not milky in any color so I do not believe it's a head gasket but I really can't pinpoint what it is.

When the engine cranks over, does it sound normal? Can you please upload a short video of the engine cranking so I can see if it is hurt or not? In the meantime, we can do a compression test. Also, spray starting fluid into the intake to see if any changes. If the overheating was severe the cylinders can become damaged and lose compression.

And for the compression test:

Please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

Yep, that engine is hurt, sorry about that, it sounds like there is no compressor so it will not run. Thanks for the video. It makes it a lot easier to see what's going on. The engine will need to be replaced, I would try to find a low mile used one or if you like the car get a new unit from the dealer, or a rebuilt engine by searching google or Ebay. BTW Ebay sells low mile used engine as well. Here is how to change the engine out so you can see how the job is done or what needs to be done to fix the car. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
