Car not starting

Car cranks but not starting. Fuel pump was changed but the problem remains. Can’t find fuse or relay location.

Which specific fuse or relay are you looking for? Fuel pump?

Before we go further, let's try and identify which system is causing the issue. You need spark, fuel, and compression to start the engine.

I would suggest starting with spraying some starter fluid in the intake and see if it starts. It won't run long but if it fires then you are not getting fuel and we can go down that path.

But first we need to see if it is getting spark. I would remove a plug and hold it against the block and see if it sparks. If not then we need to look at what causes this issue.
