Car not starting

Car is turning over but not cranking. Replaced the starter, after replacing that it is still not working, only difference is it will turnover and click once but will not crank. Motor still turning. Charged the battery to 100% and it still is not doing anything. Need an idea of what it might be?

Hello,

It sounds like the engine cranks of a second then stops? If this is correct I would check the connection at the battery for corrosion if that is okay the positive battery cable would be next.
