It had a recently rebuilt transmission put in by Joe Machens due to the other failure while it was still under warranty. I have had it back for about a month and the other day I was driving home and went around the round about and the car made a mechanical noise and then no power. After coming to a stop, I started it back up and it started just fine. I went up the road a way and turned around and tried it again. The car is in eco mode btw. I went down and around the round about again and it did it again. What should I do?

This sounds like you have a loose connection at a main system ground which could have not been tightened when the transmission work was done. I would lift the hood and use a flashlight to inspect the grounds and I would look at the battery connections as well. Do you have any warning light on like a check engine light?
