Hi Cindy,
When you have a crank with no start condition like this, in most cases it is caused either by loss of fuel or ignition spark to the plugs.
I realize you replaced spark plugs and the fuel pump, but if they aren't getting power, it won't make a difference.
Here is what I want you to try: See if it starts for a couple of seconds using starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we know it is fuel related. If there is no change, I need you to check ignition spark. Here is a link that explains how that is done:
