Would this be a complete kit to give to a shop to install? If not what would need to be added or switched?

It looks complete. I didn't note gaskets. If they are installing new valve springs which in most cases, they will want to remove the heads and lap the valves. So that would include intake and head gaskets. That is a lot of money. Are you doing this for power issues?

Please note that if this is a daily driver, it may lead to emission and driveability issues.

It is for a daily driver, I just want as loud as possible for my purpose, and I’m planning to combo it with new exhaust as well.

And maybe ported throttle body, heads, and eventually some forced induction. But for now it is a daily driver.
