no power to accelerator

cadallic catera 1999 75000
the car starts and will go into gear but when you push on the accelerator it does not do anything like something is not getting power i have changed the fuses and still is not fix what is wrong with the car
when you push the pedal the car just doesnt move

are you saying you have no pedal reponse like you can floor it and the engine still idles? or are you saying the car just wont move when you push on the pedal?

is the ck engine light on? need codes, the gas petal is electronic, ck for broken wires down by the petal
