Car ran well for a week after I bought it. Now has no start no fuel delivery. Upon inspection, found the dfi ground straps loose, almost falling off. Made repair and found shorted ecm fuse. Styll no power to pump. Obd doesnt work. Could the lose ground destroy the computer.

Yes the loose ground could destroy the computer but you may have a prom inside the computer that is replaceable and may cause it as well. But check the relay for the fuel pump first. It may be ad.
