window problems

1991 Cadillac Eldorado 89000 miles. the front passenger window was broken then replaced and now will only roll down part way. they are power windows.Ive checked every manual and cant find out how to fix it

remove the door panel and check for an obstrution in the way of the window regulator.

the motor could be bad also, flat spot on armature
