Cranking without starting is generally lack of spark or lack of fuel. You could take off the air intake rubber hose that goes to the throttle boy from the air clearner, open up the butterfly throttle plate and spray some carb. Cleaner into the throttle from the opening. Then put the rubber air intake hose back on the throttle body and try to start the car. If it starts or even tries to, then the problem is lack of fuel getting to the motor. If spraying the cleaner in there makes no difference and it doesnt even attempt to start, then the problem is most likely lack of spark.
