You need a special tool to remove and install it, borrow it from autozone, get the part from the dealer or napa, replace the belt also, and with that many miles replace the tensioner
first remove the little black bracket that guards the waterpump belt and tensioner, use a 13 mm wrench on the tensioner pully to remove the belt, just push on it with the wrench and lessin the tension, with the waterpump socket and a half inch breaker bar, push it towards the firewall to removee I think and pull it too you to tighten, just let the coolant spill out in too a drain pan
