It could be the fuel pump if it is cranking and not starting. You can tell if it is a fuel problem if you spray starter fluid in the throttle, crank it and it fires but dies shortly after. This does not necessarily mean a pump is bad, but there is a probability. If it is not cranking, you have other issues preventing the starter from engaging.
