i have a 1984 cadillac sedan deville with the 4.1 motor. it has 82,xxx miles. it hesitates when i begin to accelerate. once i get past the initial hesitation it runs great. threw a throttle position sensor code so i replaced it. it still hesitates. i dont want to just throw parts at it and i don't know much about cadillacs. can you help? thanks

if your still checking, I don't normally cruise Caddy, but if you got a TPS code then I would guess the throttle shaft is worn...
