By fuel being pumped into the engine, are you just meaning that you have fuel pressure? Do you know if you have an injector pulse? My guess first of all would be the crankshaft position sensor. There is a three wire connector on the same plastic bracket that the injector connector resides(rear of left cylinder head). On the sensor side you should have a resistance of approx 950 ohms between pins A and C(outboard terminals). Check for continuity on any if A and C are open(a to b/b to c), I'm not 100% certain of the combo. If you have no continuity, or high resistance, replace the crank sensor. If you have the resource, check for a P0335 stored in ecm, that is for crank sensor signal, and would be a smoking gun.
