Hey SCOTT BROWNING,
I would start by checking with a parts distributor whether they list a belt for non A/C equipped I30's with the same motor. If they do try this and see how you go.
If they do not you will have to measure yourself, the only method I can think of is running a piece of string (or similar) in the routing you desire, cutting the string to the length of the run. You will then need a belt the same as the original (width/ribs) that measures an inch or so shorter than this.
You will have to make sure that with the belt running with out going around the A/C pulley that it will not interfere with any other pulley/engine component. Once the new belt is installed check the whole run to make sure it clears.
