I started to smell raw gas burn and black smoke from exhaust pipe. Then one morning it was about thirty degrees out and I had no fast idle. It would idle as if it was already warmed up. The black smoke comes and goes, usually on acceleration and I can go about sixteen miles on half a tank of gas. I have a code reader so I put it on and received like thirteen different codes. I noticed a vacuum line cracked so I replaced it. All the codes seemed to pertain to voltage yet I get 14.6 volts at the battery while running. Also, dip stick smells like gas. It will run and drive okay, but at times when you shut it off and go to start it again, it will shut off. The codes I received are, 117,122,126,327,513,552,553,556,558,565,621,622,624,626,629,631,638,654. I think Haynes had a misprint. It has code 553 twice. The second 553 reads, O Power steering pressure sensor shorted to power. Any ideas or help would be appreciated so very much! Thank you!

How long since a tune-up? As far as the fuel issue, I would use a gauge and check proper fuel pressure, key on, no crank. Then see if fuel pressure holds for a bit? If it drops like a rock, you have a fuel pressure leak, it could be a fuel injector leak or fuel pressure regulator. You can check fuel pressure regulator vac line for gas, if it has gas in the vacuum line, fuel pressure regulator is faulty. As far as engine oil smelling like gas, after you fix the fuel issue, change the oil and filter as many times as needed to get rid of the gas.
P0117 is coolant temperature sensor low input. I have not really look at the others. At the moment I am wondering about the fuel issue. The CTS is important. My information for fuel pressure says 35--45 psi, so if your reading is in the middle, should be fine. It is possible, you may have to ref voltage for some of those sensors.
