Burned out/locked up cooling fan replacement

Replaced the cooling fan after the original one locked up but are not getting any power to the new fan. Replaced the CCRM still not working or power to fan? What could be the problem? Maybe bad relays? Can you give some input with options and advise location of the components. Oh already checked the fuses....thanks Larry

Good morning,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. Use a test light and verify power to both sides of the fuses with the key on.

Also, I highlighted 5 wires. Test for power at the CCRM connector.

Start there.
