I am a newbie so please bare with me. I have provided pictures of similar model & make.

I am trying to cut expenses so, do I need to remove the entire windshield in order to remove, clean & replace the dashboard & area around the vin tag?

If so; what tools do I need to at least remove the dash board, then remount the tag back in place?

The VIN is not meant to be removed, for cleaning or any other purpose, it is permanently attached!
