2000 Buick Regal 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Why does my frony wheel make a thump thump sound and i can feel it in the steering wheel when i go around a slow or soft curve. only does it when i turn to the right

Hi:
Make sure there are no problems with the tire... belt shift, bubble... Also, if everything looks ok, have the cv joints checked and the wheel bearing. Do you hear any noise when driving?
