What should I expect to pay for the installation of a passenger side window regulator - no motor? I'm being told by a good friend that for the part and installation it will run me $275.00.

I'm selling this car and don't want to put more into it than necessary. He states he can't find the part and will have to special order it. I found one on Amazon...., so am curious if I'm being had.

I found a right hand front window motor with regulator for 65.79 plus shipping.The labor is 1.1hr's for the regulator and motor replacement time's shop labor rate.Let me know if you need the info where i found the regulator and motor.
