1992 Buick Park Avenue Ignition problem

I have a 92 Buick Park Avenue Ultra Supercharged. It had been working fine, but the other morning I tried to start it and it wouldn't turn over. We have replaced the battery and have had the starter tested and they are both fine. We think it's the ignition switch but are needing to know how to replace and it there might be something else wrong.
