When the issue started it was it was intermittent you would turn the key and no response 10 minuets later it would start no problem. Since the car started doing this, I have replaced the starter the battery. Everything I can think of that may cause this. Since I didn't spend that much on the car and this is an expensive way to diagnose an issue, I would greatly appreciate any help. I know there is a security system on the car could it be the cause? How can I disable it and are there any other possible causes?

You should not have replaced the starter and the battery. Those are not your problem. The problem is your security system. The next time you enter the vehicle, you have to wait until the security light on the dash to turn off before starting the vehicle. If you don't, then you have to wait 10 minutes until the security system resets itself. I'll get back with the diagnostic for the security system.

Thanks for your help. It was the key tumbler switch. The wires were worn in two. I did not need to purchase another one, could have rewired, but I already had. I replaced it and it starts and runs fine. Thanks again.
