Supercharging a 3800

I know this isn't strictly a repair question, but bear with me -
A friend of mine recently came across an Eaton M90 supercharger, the modified roots type that bolts onto a 3800 - I have a 1993 Buick Lesabre with such a 3800 - in order to put on said supercharger, I am thinking I would have to take off the intake manifold, replace the gasket, and then put on the supercharger (with all the vacuum lines and bypass valve lines, I have all those too), and also probably replace the heads. Also, because the 3800 NA and the 3800 SC uses a different accessory belt setup, I would have to change out the alternator and power steering pump - other than all these things, can you think of anything else that I would need to modify/replace? I know the 3800 SC uses a different trans, the 4t65-e versus the 4t60-e, but I am planning on keeping my trans and seeing how it works - thanks in advance!

Change the harmonic balancer. Don't buy one aftermarket though as these have a wider key way, and will break upon starting or stopping! These are double pullied for supercharger [I've been down that road, $100.00-$150./Trial] you'll probably have to change your pulleys also.
