1992 Buick Lesabre vacuum Hoses schematics 3800 V/6

The car is shaking Like it's going to stall out. Also there is a vacuum hose that's off. Lying over the back side of the engine, toward the firewall. The vacuum hose is sucking very hard,one end is coming off the throtle Body & the other end is lying across the engine. But it wasn't connecting to anything.
